I'm Eric Burnett, a practising finance broker with more than 15 years in the industry. FinanceBroker.ai came from solving a problem I had in my own brokerage — missed calls, weak voicemails, and too many callbacks with no context.
Why I built this
I wanted something better than voicemail. Something that looked after the client properly, captured the important details, and made the return call easier and more informed.
This matters because brokers buying the software can see it was built by someone who still does the job, and end clients can still deal with me directly if that's what they want.
My background
I still work as a broker. This system was built around real client conversations, urgency, and how finance enquiries actually happen.
